Guys.

I think the fence? Is talking to me. Like. I can hear it kind of in my head. Stress, Mutation, or Insanity?

edit: Has anyone got any aspirin they feel like parting with? I'm all out, I've had a headache for days which... now makes sense I guess and I don't even know if I can drive straight to go pick some up.

I'm going to go with mutation. Our mutations are nothing alike but I know what it's like to feel or hear things in your head that weren't there before.

That's what I was thinking, I like mutation more than the other options. Does it give you a headache? Or did it at first?

Mutation is always the more comforting option. It used to, especially when it started to double up, but I'm used to it now.

Hmm. Hopefully the headaches will go away. I guess I should mention it to the Kierneys uh Tobias and Jo.

I'm sorry, but someone has to ask: what exactly does a fence sound like? Or say? And for the record, I'm not making fun, because I'm casting my vote for Mutation.

It's not like a voice exactly? I mean I couldn't say it sounds like Mr. T or anything. It's hard to describe, but I guess it's less like a voice and more like... thoughts?

As for what it's saying, all systems normal basically. There's a bird or something near the gates. We're not talking Earth shattering news.

Okay, if it had sounded like Mr. T, that would have been epic. And it might not be Earth shattering, but it's not like everyone can say fences talk to them.

I'm not sure I'm comfortable with a fence that tells me it pities the fool at various intervals. Truth. This is what I get for leaving it sentient though I guess.

Still, that will come in handy. Now it can out and actually tell you exactly who or what's near the fence at any moment.

I guess it's kind of uncomfortable right now more than anything. Contrary to rumour, I'm not used to voices in my head.

Uh. Making the fence inanimate again is kind of complicated.

I started getting headaches last week, they've been getting a bit worse every day or so. I just thought I was getting tired and stressed out or something.

Thanks, you're a total life saver. I kind of want to curl up in the dark.

It's this constant dull ache, but it throbs on and off. I'm seriously okay, it's just a headache, Val. I used to get headaches all the time when my mutation manifested and I think that's what it is. Really.

Only when my mutation first showed up, I mean a lot of people got headaches when they manifested their powers, so it's not that bad I don't think. I think my mutation's just... changed a bit or something. That or my brain grew. Which is the most likely?
